BEADLOCK Installation
Guide
Important reading on how to install and secure beads using beadlock rings, along with warnings.
Warnings:
* Beadlock-seced tires are not DOT-approved and are designed for off-road use only. Tires must be mounted on the "standard bead seat" for highway use.
* Installation must be performed by a qualified technician. Improper installation may cause accidents, personal injury and/or death.
* A torque wrench is required for installing beadlock rings. Do not perform installation without a torque wrench.
* Beadlock rings must be retorqued and inspected at least every 250 miles.
* Thoroughly inspect each beadlock and check tire pressure before each drive. Do not operate the vehicle if any loose or broken bolts are found.
* Failure to perform any of the above may cause beadlock bolts to break, leading to sudden tire deflation, which can result in an accident or injury due to loss of vehicle control.
Due to the usage conditions of these specific products, Beadlock wheels are exempt from our structural and finish warranty.
